Students...We have plenty of upcoming events so please read the following and keep your parents up to date.
Parish solo and small ensemble will be held on Feb. 19, 2011. You all have to be in attendance to help make sure the event runs smoothly. While you're here, you might as well participate. Pick out your solo or ensemble piece now!!!!
Winterguard and Indoor Percussion competitions are here. The first competition is Feb. 5, 2011 at Lafayette High. The second is Feb. 12, 2011 at Comeaux High. Your practice schedules are pretty set by now. Double check your times and days. Prepare yourself for an exciting time.
Concert band will begin rehearsing Tuesday and Thursday afternoons every week beginning on Feb. 1, 2011. Rehearsals will be from 3:00 and will end at 4:45 (unless adjustments are needed). Please have a ride here for the end of rehearsal.

Remember each student has a duty to help keep OUR band going financially. I would never ask you to do anything that I am not willing to do, or have not done in the past myself. So please work hard to meet the goals we set.
February 26, 2011 is our sausage poboy fundraiser. Each student will receive 10 tickets with will need to be sold. A ticket is good for a poboy, chips and a soft drink. Sell early...sell often.
