We celebrated bring your child to work. Te children had a great time meeting my daughters Taylor and Paige. They planted seeds with them and had fun in the playground with them . We talked about growing and changing. We will continue this unit this week as we watch and wait for our caterpillars to come out of their chrysalis' and change into butterflies. We will talk about how God created all creatures and the fact that we all have the same creator. Our Religion lessons will focus on Creation, living things , our world, growing and changing.We will be reviewing life cycles and continue to watch the life cycle of a butterfly happen right in our classroom.
Sneakers are the best shoes for our playground with the wood chips.
Week of 4/29-5/4
Week #2 Theme Growing and Changing
Letter of the Week will be a review week of Oo and Ww
In Math, we will be focusing on Sorting and graphing and looking at lines of symetry and continuing to identify and count to 20
In literacy, we will read books, poems and chants about growing.
In Social Studies, we will look at the changes the children have made over time in their life- baby till now.
Color of the Week is Yellow
Please wear Yellow on Friday

Promotion Ceremony - Monday, June 10, 2024 @ 8:15am
No Tickets for Ceremony
2 Adults per child
If you need to bring another adult who is involved with pickup/dropoff please speak to me and I'll see what I can do.
Please remember our classroom doesn't have much extra room. The ceremony will be approx 45 mins.
If you could let me know who you will be bringing to the promotion ceremony.So I can get a head count.
