This is meant to be fun, not stressful!   The assignment is in Teams and in Seesaw.  You can do it on Seesaw or on whatever device you are using.  Due Monday, June 8.

You've Got Talent!
You have something special inside you! A unique talent that should be shared...

It might be singing, dancing, doing magic, playing an instrument, drawing, doing impressions, painting, cooking, juggling, or something else.

I'd love to see your talents, so please create a video of you performing your talent.

We talked about having a talent show on Friday in our whole group meeting.  We can share both Friday and Monday, June 8.  Videos allow you to create a memory.  A video will also allow you to show a talent such as cooking or painting, which requires more time than you have in our Zoom meeting.  Be creative! Have fun!

So, on Friday and Monday, June 8, you can share your video or perform live, or just have a show and tell.  This seemed like a fun project as we wind down the year.

Social Studies

  • There are many interesting things in our My World book that we did not study this year.  Today skim through your book and read a section that we did not read.  I found out some things about Ben Franklin and his son and tea parties--information I never knew before.  I would like us to share what we learn/found interesting in a zoom class, but we are running out of time, so type/write a paragraph and submit in the Teams assignment.
