The 2nd grade teachers are looking forward to September and meeting all of you. We are planning a school year filled with exciting learning experiences. While you are having fun, you can get ready for 2nd grade by reading, reading, and reading! Recommended summer reading lists can be found at: http://www.southharrison.k12.nj.us.

 

Here is a list of items needed for 2nd grade:

 

___ One plastic pencil BOX

___ One pair of headphones or earbuds

___ Twenty-four #2 yellow pencils (pre-sharpened)

___ Two boxes of 24 count crayons

___ One pair of scissors (rounded tip)

___ 3 large glue sticks

___ 12 EXPO dry erase low-odor markers

___ One dry-erase eraser

___ One 2-pocket folder

___ Two highlighters

___ One box of Ziploc bags (sandwich size)

___ 2 pink erasers

___ Two boxes of tissues

___ Two containers of cleaning wipes

___ One 8 pack of markers
