Ms. Warren’s Test Recovery Procedure

*Students scoring below a ‘C’ on tests are eligible for re-testing.  Students sleeping in class with not be allowed to re-test.

*NISH’s policy on re-testing states that the highest a student may earn on a re-test is the lowest ‘C’ (75%).

*I am available on ____________ from _____to ______for tutoring, answering any questions that you may have, completing make-ups, etc.
