Meet the Teacher

 

  

 

 For as long as I can remember, I've always wanted to be a teacher. In fact, my siblings were my first students. Naturally, I went to college to further that passion. I attended East Stroudsburg University in PA and earned my degree. My learning didn't stop there. I wanted to earn my Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction which I attend The College of New Jersey to do so. 

 

I have been working in the East Rutherford district since January of 2007. I'll let you do the math! My father grew up in East Rutherford and my mother in Wallington so I've been around town for even longer.

 

Now, I am married with three boys. My husband is Tom who grew up in North Dakota! Brayden is 8, Dylan is 6, and Ryan is 3. Life is very busy at home as you can imagine with three young boys. 

 

I have three siblings. Eddie, Matthew, and Julia. We are a very close family and do a lot together. 

 

I love sports! I grew up playing a lot of sports but baseball is my favorite. 

 

I love animals! My husband and I rescued two cats Reeses and Snickers about 12 years ago.
