Grading Policy for Spanish 

 Please note that this year Spanish class is 1 semester, which is 2 marking periods.  

The main objective in our class is to develop, reinforce, and refine communicative competence in listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Cultural competence will be embedded in our units. 

 

  

 Communication Skills (Reading / Listening / Writing / Speaking) = 40%

 

 Work Habits (completion of assignments) =25%

 

 Benchmarks = 20%  

 

 Quizzes = 15%
