My name is Allie O'Marra and I am one of four kindergarten teachers at Memorial Elementary School.  I am very excited for my 10th year teaching in the North Haledon School District.    

 

 

 

My philosophy of education is simple.  Involve the students, give them time to investigate the concept at hand, and question to further their learning.  Your children will enjoy utilizing various manipulatives during our lessons.  These manipulatives will enhance their learning experience, offering them the opportunity to become engaged in their own learning process. 

 

  

 

I earned my Bachelor's Degree from Montclair State University.   

 

 

 

My hobbies include spending time with my family and friends. I love to read and look forward to sharing my excitement of literature with your child; in turn, aiming to develop a similar appreciation for reading in him/her.
