About Mr. Babbini

I grew up in Northvale, New Jersey and attended Northern Valley Regional High School of Old Tappan. I have played a variety of sports such as Soccer, Football, Basketball, Baseball, and Swimming. At Old Tappan, I was a varsity Football, Swimming, and Track and Field athlete.

I graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education: specializing in Health and Physical Education, with a minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology. One of my main goals for each school year is to have students comprehend and understand the importance of Collaboration and Teamwork. When students are able to come together and work with one another towards a common goal, social-emotional learning is achieved in a variety of ways which enhances student learning.

Students will also constantly be learning about the importance of health and wellness. I hope to utilize Health and Physical Education to help students comprehend the importance of how a supportive community keeps everyone healthy and safe.

Besides teaching Health and Physical Education, I have been lifeguarding for the past 10 years and counting at the Norwood Swim Club, where I ensure pool safety and train our staff on how to handle emergency situations. I am also a Trainer and Coach for youth athletes.

I am excited to see the students from Lincoln and Faust schools learn and grow.

Let’s have ourselves another great school year! Go Wildcats!
