What is 4-H?

♦ 4-H is the largest school Youth

Development Program in the world

♦ 4-H is a volunteer led, educational program that supplements the teaching of

parents and school.

♦ 4-H is a program for interested 4th-6th grade students

♦ 4-H utilizes adult volunteers to provide an

arena for youth to learn & have fun while

they develop physically, mentally &

emotionally.

♦ 4-H is an educational program where 4-H

members are expected to complete their

club and project responsibilities for the

time they are enrolled in 4-H. Parents are

expected to support that commitment

through their own example & encouragement.
