I am from Arlington, TX originally, however my step-father is in the military so I spent a majority of my childhood traveling. I am the oldest child of my parents three children, so being an example is something not foreign to me. I married my wonderful husband in December of 2019. We currently have one amazing daughter!
I graduated from Grand Prairie High School in 2006 and then attended Northlake College on a scholarship. In 2007 I transferred to The GREAT University of Louisiana at Monroe where I received my B.S. in Elementary Education. While attending ULM I joined several organizations, SGA, Maroon Platoon, Phi Beta Lambda Business Organization, Inc., Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and many more. I can honestly say I BLEED MAROON AND GOLD!!! I received my Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Grand Canyon University during the summer of 2021. I became a member of the Alpha Chi National College Honor Society in my final semester.
I am very passionate about music. I have been singing since I was five years old. I love children and am so elated to have the opportunity to combine two of my loves each and everyday. My focus is to make a difference in each child's life.
