Grading Policy

Students in third grade will be graded on their tests, quizzes and class work.  Homework will be counted if completed and points will be taken off for missed homework assignments.  Each test will count as two grades in major subjects where class work will count as a single grade.  For every 4 late homework assignments one point will be taken off of their final grade in that subject.  Numerical grades will consist in Math, Language Arts (average of Spelling, Reading, English, and Writing.) Science, and Social Studies.  

100-93 =A

92-85=B

84-76=C

75-70=D

69 and below=F
