¡Bienvenidos! Welcome to the world of Spanish. I am so glad you have chosen to explore the Spanish language and culture. Throughout the year, we will learn TONS of vocabulary, grammar, geography and culture. Please see the syllabus at the bottom of the page.
Spanish 1 is an introductory level class that exposes students to many different facets of Spanish language and culture. Topics covered include greetings, present tense verbs, telling time, numbers, Día de los Muertos celebrations, Spanish & Mexican Holiday celebrations, geography and tons of vocabulary.
