All students will have STEAM class each week. The children have the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of multimedia hands-on activities. Some of these opportunities include using computers to learn technology, curricular integration, keyboarding, word processing, and writing formats. The children will learn to use technology effectively to gain and further skills as a 21st century learner.  The focus is to enhance students technology knowledge and skills in a safe, productive, and fun way.

All students within their STEAM courses and open library time will be able to tinker in our Makerspace. Makerspace allows students to be creative and use their talents to invent new things they have never thought they could invent.  We will work together to encourage students to use their resources and express their unique talents. Our students will be empowered to use their voice and ideas to develop the projects. Critical thinking and problem solving will be strongly encouraged.

Students are taught how to choose books and are provided with assistance in choosing books. Students must return their books during their next library period to be able to check out new books. *If a library book is lost or damage, students will be charged or have a chance to donate a book.
