Students in 6th Grade will be using various DBQ's (document based questioning) packets to improve students' analytical, inferencing, and writing skills.
We will also be using the We The People:The Citizen & The Constitution text and workbook for overall comprehension as well as a plethora of scholarly sources and various assignments throughout the year. The goal is to teach the students to core value of civics and how our government functions in order to maintain a functional society.
