We are continuing with our new science series from HMH. This series incorporates both a worktext and digital format to allow students the opportunity to view pictures, vidoes and virtual labs to support their understanding of scientific concepts and phenomena. We will also complete many activities to show these concepts in real -life. Science is about asking every pre-teen and teen's favorite question, "WHY?" I am here to help them get closer to the answers through discussion and investigation.
Grade 8 students will be learning diversity of living things, force, motion and fields, energy and waves.
Grade 7 students will be learning introduction to chemistry, geological processes, cells and heredity and ecosystems.
