Test & Quizzes

• Certain classwork, homework, opening and closing activities will receive a test/quiz grade. This will act a pop quiz. Failing to complete in-class assignments that receives a test/quiz grade will cause one’s overall grade to suffer.
• If a student is absent from class when there is a pop quiz, they will not be penalized. They are still required to make up the assessment.
• A homework assignment that has been designated as a test/quiz grade will be subjected to the following penalization. If homework is completed incorrectly, the assignment is subjected to a lower mark.
• One-Two day late: 75%
• Three-Four days late: 50%
• Five or More days late: 25%
• If the assignment is not completed: 0%
