What Happens If I Am Unprepared?

We can accept a parental note for a one-day excuse from Physical Education participation, but the student must have a physician's statement for any lengthy period. We cannot accept the statement of any student to be excused from class. Please be aware that a students excused from Physical Education will also refrain from recess until medical clearance is provided.

Students who are unable to participate in physical education class due to a medical excuse or any other reason will be given a task (scorekeeper, group leader, etc.) that will enable them to stay on track with the rest of the class. Even if a student is excused from class, he/she is still accountable for the information being presented in class.
