As far as grades are concerned....every student from grade 1 through 8 will be responsible to bring in an art journal. This journal is a pad with unlined ,white paper. Dollar stores carry it as well as Staples, Wallmart, Wallgreen, CVS, Michaels , Shop-rite, Stop n Shop, Rite Aid, etc. If you still are unable to find one then staple 20 - 25 sheets of computer paper together and place in a folder labled ART JOURNAL. This a district wide policy. A zero grade for homework will accure if the homework assignments are not completed in this journal.
1. Each student is graded on his/her own abilities.
2. Deportment is seperate from their art grade.
3. Extra credit is given for participation in poster contests.
4. Grading format is available for review in the art room.
