My name is Francine Gault-Luquette. This is my 18th year teaching. I taught 4th and 5th grade for 5 years in Iberia Parish. This is my 13th year here at JHW Middle, "The Best Kept Secret in Vermilion Parish." I taught 7th grade science and social studies here for 12 years. This year I will be teaching 4 sections of 7th grade science and 3 sections of 8th grade science.
I have been married for 29 yrs to my husband Lester. We have two children, Catherine and Hunter. Hunter is in the mechanic trainer program at SLCC. Catherine is taking classes through Ashworth College). We love to spend time traveling, fishing, watching LSU football and especially LSU baseball, plus the Saints. Spending time with truly GREAT friends is our favorite pastime.

I graduated from USL in 1998 with a B.A. degree in Education. My teaching certificates are in Secondary Social Studies and General Science.
I am finishing up my masters degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the American College of Education. This next year I will start on my specialist degree in Educational Leadership Technology through Northwestern.
