I run a lot!!!  Did you know that 56.5& of all Americans are overweight?  That's a lot of people.  The best way to stay in shape is eat a healthy diet and get about 30-60 minutes of exercise almost every day of the week.  Exercise could include anything from playing a game of tag or maybe just biking with your family or friends.

 

 

 

 

I also love to hike and camp in the outdoors.  Before I came to Broad Street I used to teach class

in Backpacking and Wilderness Survival.



I love hiking and have traveled to various parks and mountains to climb and hike.  Here I am in Western North
Carolina in the Pisgah National Forest



One of my favorite sports to play is Rugby, which I played in college and for a couple of Club Teams.




I enjoy the ocean, and surfing in the summer
