Physical Education Department

7th & 8th Grade Grading System and Rules

A sound mind and body is a basic tenet of our philosophy.  We believe every child should be physically and mentally prepared to meet the challenges of life.  Through the development of movement activities, rhythm and dance, individual group and sport activities we establish a framework to meet the objectives of vigor, strength, endurance, coordination and flexibility of body movement.  Through a variety of physical education activities we expect each student to achieve a measure of success as they progress through the program.

Course of Study in Physical Education
