Hello!  My name is Raquel Guarino.  I graduated from Georgian Court University

and began my career at Magowan School.  I am an Elementary School Teacher with a Special Education certificate.  Magowan School has been my second family for the past 29 years. 

   My first 10 years at Magowan, I taught Special Education grades K-4.  The next ten years, I had the pleasure of being an in-class support teacher in grades 1-4.  In 2011, I joined the first grade teaching team. This school year I am excited to start my new journey teaching second grade. 

   In addition to my Magowan family, my husband and I are busy raising 3 boys.  R.J. is 21 years old and a senior at The College of New Jersey.  Nicholas is 17 year old and a senior at Delran High School. Anthony is a 15 year old and a sophomore at Delran High School.  

   While my family keeps me very busy, when I do have free time I enjoy reading, shopping, cooking, exercising and spending time with my family and friends.

   I love teaching and look forward to a fun filled year watching your child grow.
