Welcome to the last year of your Middle School Career!  Boy how time flies when you are having fun.  Just think, before you know it we will be in June and you will be graduating.  But until then, lets look at some basics of the class.

There is no defined textbook for the transition classes.  You may have to reference the textbook you were given by your regular 8th grade teacher to get practice.  However, we will be using computer programs this year that were used last year and focus on working to help students develop the skills they need to succeed.

Topics of Discussion/Grading

Topics of discussion will vary from class to class.  As this class is designed to help studnts succeed, lessons can be based on what they are currently learning as well as previous knowledge and practice that they need in order to do their best.
