Please send in a healthy snack for your child to enjoy daily. Food can be packed in lunch boxes or in backpacks.  Food should be ready to eat and be able to be opened by your child.  Please consider packing food items in Ziploc bags or containers that you have practiced opening with them at home.  Students should also be able to open their water bottles/juice boxes/thermos independently.  Snack time is also a short time so food should be able to be eaten within about 15 minutes.  Options for healthy food choices include: rice cakes, small sandwich, fruit, graham crackers, yogurt, pretzels, popcorn, cheese sticks, Goldfish, granola/cereal bar, vegetables, mini bagel, applesauce, etc. Students will not be allowed to eat candy, cookies, potato chips, etc. for snack and will be put away for lunch time.

 

**Please do not send in anything with peanuts, nuts, peanut butter, etc. due to food allergies.  Thank you in advance for helping to keep all our students safe around food**
