Lori Alexander has taught master classes at studios, colleges and dance festivals across the country.  A member of the Fine and Performing arts faculty at Bayonne High School, she directs and choreographs the musical productions for the Bayonne Drama Society, the BHS Drama Junior Program, and is an advisor to Thespian Troupe 5093 at BHS. In addition, she also directs and choreographs for many area programs, including Glen Ridge High School, Tenafly High School and the NJ Arts Collective.

 

 

Ms. Alexander is a proud member of Actor's Equity Association, AGMA and SAG/AFTRA.  Professional credits include: Broadway/New York/National Tour - Annie Get Your Gun, The Producers, A Christmas Carol (4 seasons at The Theatre at Madison Square Garden), and The Merry Widow at the Metropolitan Opera (3 seasons).  Regional - Paper Mill Playhouse, Goodspeed Opera House, Walnut Street Theatre, Alliance Theatre, Coconut Grove Playhouse, Prince Music Theatre, Stages St. Louis, Sacramento Music Circus, Barrington Stage and Pioneer Theatre.  Television/Film - Crazy For You (PBS Great Performances), E.R., and Phunny Business (Showtime). She has worked in every venue possible, including Disney, cruise ships, commercials, industrials and music videos and looks forward to sharing her knowledge, professionalism, discipline and technical ability with eager students of all ages.
