This 3-ring folder houses EVERYTHING students and parents need to keep up-to-date with what is going on at school.
Gone are the days of wrinkled papers and lost notes, newsletters, or calendars. Everything you need is in one folder!
BEE books are important! They help students to establish good organizational skills - - - - - - - skills that can carry on throughout their time in school.

Money and Notes Pouch |
This pencil pouch will house notes “for Mrs. Zrada" and notes “for parents” - - it is also an ideal place to put money for book orders, lunch, milk, and field trips. |

2-Pocket Folder |
Newsletters, school notes, field trip permission slips, homework, and calendars, will be placed the 2-pocket folder. The hands located on the folder’s pockets indicate if the paperwork is to be filled out and brought “RIGHT Back To School” or if it needs to be “LEFT At Home.” |

Star Reader Log |
"Be A Star Reader" Logs will be kept in the B.E.E Book all month long. Completed Star Reader Logs will be taken out on the last Friday of the month. New logs will be put in on the first Monday of the month. |

Power Scale |
We use a “Power Scale” to manage behavior in our classroom. Each day, your child will color his/her power scale to reflect the power level he/she ended the day on. Each month, a new Power Scale Log will be put in the BEE Book. |

Class List and Schedule |
A class list and schedule will be kept in a plastic sheet protector for you to reference, when needed. Our specialists, lunch, and recess times are indicated on the schedule. |

Math Facts and Word Wall Words |
Your kindergartener will be working hard on mastering math facts to5 throughout the year. A math fact sheet is included in the BEE book for at home practice. Your child will also learn many high frequency words in Kindergarten. A Word Wall Word list is included in the BEE book for review at home. At-home practice is highly beneficial (and recommended). |
